Information we collect
When you order, check an order or contact support, we may collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order items, amounts, order status, shipping information and any notes or messages you choose to provide.
The website also stores your selected market, language and cart information. Server logs may contain IP address, browser or request information for operation and security.
How we use information
We use this information for email verification, order creation and lookup, shipping, after-sales support, necessary service emails, security and dispute handling.
Order confirmations, verification codes and shipping notices are service messages. Placing an order or contacting support does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Cookies and local storage
First-party cookies are used for market, language and verified-email session preferences. Browser local storage is used for the shopping cart.
Clearing browser data may remove those local preferences, but it does not automatically delete orders already stored on our server.
Who receives information
We may provide necessary information to website hosting, transactional email, payment and shipping providers so that the service can operate. Email verification and service emails currently use Alibaba Cloud DirectMail.
We do not sell customer personal information. Information is shared only where reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect security or meet legal requirements.
Retention, security and requests
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, after-sales support, accounting records, security and dispute handling, and apply reasonable access and security controls.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact us by support email. Some order, financial or legal records may need to be retained for a period of time, and we will explain this when handling a request.
