The brand, model, version, quantity and included contents shown on the product page are the basis of the order. Display tools, stands, background props, painted examples or accessories are not included unless clearly stated.
Our reviews reflect our own experience. Normal manufacturing variation may exist between batches. If the item you receive is materially different from the description, contact us.
Price and market
The selected shipping market determines availability, currency and price; changing language only changes the displayed text. Price and stock may be checked again before an order is submitted.
The final product amount, shipping charge and other known charges are the amounts shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order means we have received your order request. Whether it becomes a paid transaction depends on the payment functionality actually available on the website and the resulting order confirmation and status.
If payment has been received but the order cannot be fulfilled because of stock, shipping restrictions or another issue, we will contact you about cancellation, an alternative or a refund.
Shipping, cancellation and after-sales
