Orders and after-sales
For an order question, include the order number, order email, product name and a clear description of the issue. Photos or video are useful for missing, damaged or incorrect items.
Do not send passwords, email verification codes, full card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Returns and refunds
For an ordinary return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Refund amount, return requirements and responsibility for costs will be confirmed for the specific order by email.
Privacy and other requests
For access, correction or deletion requests relating to personal information, use the subject “Privacy request” and tell us the order email and what you need.
