Assembly & use experience
Assemble the two robots separately. Tobima Sky can change into a jet-shaped mode, while movable joints and switchable facial expressions help create different moments for the pair.
Included items
The fourth-wave two-character kit features Tobima Sky and Denden Roller, with effect elements and display supports for flight- and motion-themed scenes.
Suggested use
Arrange the jet mode above Denden Roller, or pair the latter with a separately sold Kabutack figure to make a riding scene.
Missing & replacement parts
We want every builder to enjoy completing their model. If your kit has missing or damaged parts, or you accidentally lose a part during assembly, please get in touch. We will do our best to help.
How do I request replacement parts?
Report the issue from your order details and include:
- Your order number
- The product name and the part numbers of any missing or damaged pieces (refer to the instructions)
- Relevant photos and a description of the issue
Replacement costs
Parts missing on arrival or product defects
Once we have checked the issue, we will first ask the supplier for free replacement parts. For problems caused by a product defect, you will not be charged for necessary replacement parts or reasonable shipping costs.
Parts damaged during assembly or lost
We are also happy to help you ask the supplier for replacement parts. If they are available, you may need to pay for the parts and international shipping. We will explain the costs in advance and only proceed with your agreement.

To avoid unnecessary international shipping costs, we offer two options:
How long does it take?
Availability and timing depend on the supplier's stock, the type of part and international shipping. We will let you know the expected arrangements once confirmed.
If suitable replacement parts are unavailable, we will offer another reasonable solution based on the situation, which may include an appropriate refund, return or exchange.

After-sales support, returns & refunds
Cancelling an order
Before your order ships, you can request cancellation through Report an issue in your order details. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled directly. If you no longer want the item for personal reasons, please request a return after receiving it.
Returns & refunds
If you need to return an item, we will send the return conditions and shipping instructions by email and through the issue report in your order details. Please keep the product, accessories and packaging complete, and do not send anything back without confirmation. Eligible returns are usually refunded after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping for non-defect reasons is generally paid by the buyer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Missing parts, damage or product issues
If your item arrives with missing parts, damage or a quality issue, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order information and relevant photos. Depending on the situation, we will help arrange replacement parts, a replacement shipment or a refund.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is lost, cannot be delivered or has another delivery problem, please contact us promptly so we can investigate. You do not need to wait for delivery before reporting a problem.
How refunds are returned
Eligible refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the payment provider.
